We will start Zen’s gathering with a beautiful and forgotten activity. We plant a guinea house keeper plant!
A pause for refreshment, then we will work on our body. With customized exercises, and interactively, we will do exercises on the ballet stick, in the middle and on the floor (with a lot of stretching, with breathing exercises). We will play and dance with different music and dance genres.
A pause for refreshment, then a conversation follows. About experiences, life, work, children, desires, dreams, wherever the topic takes us. In every segment of the workshop we will try to play, relax, enjoy, because this is a day for us girls, mothers, wives, sisters, friends …
A pause for refreshment – a movie of surprises. In this final part of the workshop, we will release a film that we will choose together.
