FOREST FAIRY TALE CONTINUES! / ШУМСКА БАЈКА СЕ НАСТАВЉА!
LOCATION :
– “Kumova česma” (“Godfathers Fountain”) in the deep forests of Central Serbia
– near the famous Ribnica cave and Paštrić village
– 3km from the town of Mionica
– 25 km from the city of Valjevo
– 83 km from Belgrade, capital of Serbia.
The area where the festival takes place is tucked in a valley with beautiful forest and meadow, which is perfect for such an event. In the extension is located “Kumova česma” (“Godfathers Fountain”) from which springs most pure water. The fountain was built by Milovan Živković in honor of his deceased godfather Borisav Pušić. In a way, this location and fountain are symbols of friendship. A kilometer away is located the Stone Museum of the famous explorer Predrag Petrović, ancient Monastery of St. Peter and St. Paul, River Ribnica and Ribnica cave.

PROGRAM (ENG):
As every year, the festival will present a large number of artists from all over the world. We will organize various workshops, sales exhibitions, artistic designed jewelery, plaster figures, clothing and a host of other programs. It is organized camp for adults by the river Ribnica, where you can swim and camp for children from 3 to 10 years, which will be run by professional educator. For children is organized appropriate program in clean air in the untouched nature that allows them to have a lot to experience and learn. They will have a good rural tourism accommodation with the highest quality local food,
There are also lectures by prominent artists and theorists of culture, a guided tour the surrounding interesting sites, as well as going to the swimming pool complex of the Vrujci Spa, located 3 km from the city of festivals.
The music program this year will be more diverse. We will have the opportunity to hear some of the best foreign and domestic performers.

KIDS CAMP
The festival will organize camp for children on the farm rural households located in the immediate vicinity. 2 professional educators, with years of experience, will take care of kids. The camp is planned for children aged 3 to 10 years and for them will be organized an appropriate program.
Clean air, healthy food, socializing with small domestic animals is only part of the program that we plan for our youngest visitors.
The Program:
– Familiarization with way of life in rural environment.
– Walks in nature and clean air.
– Collecting medicinal herbs, making herbarium.
– Getting Around in nature and competitive games.- Interacting with domestic animals.
– Creative workshops (crocheting, embroidery, care for farm animals, harvesting fruit plants, painting with plant colors on canvas, painting on stone).
– Natural and healthy food: serbian fritters “uštipci”, polenta, serbian corn bread “projara”, serbian cheese pie “gibanica”, homemade bread, cheese, cream, “kajmak”, milk, cabbage rolls from the vine, cabbage soup, homemade natural juices, fresh fruit, homemade cakes, etc ….

– Capacity of accommodation for children is limited to 20 places.
