THE PROGRAM:

Saturday, 25.11.

8: 15h: Departure from Belgrade from the main train station near the blue locomotive (arrive 16 minutes earlier in order to start on time). We travel through the Ibarska highway with an indoor coffee break.
11: 00h: Arrival to Divcibare
11: 30h-13: 00h Yoga Welcome Time (vinyasa yoga with Marin)
13: 30h A combined light walk to the mountain peak Ljuta Krš (962m) for an hour and a half. This is a peak with an impressive view, which is not visible from a wild peak, it is completely inward and hidden among the slopes of Maljena. Under Ljutko Krša there is a hill from which it can be reached in the winding canyon of the Black river.
15: 30h Lunch and rest
19: 00-20: 30h Yoga Hour and Meditation (Hatha Yoga with Daniel)
20: 30h Fruit meal
21: 00h Socializing with social games

Sunday, 26.11.

7: 30h-9: 00h Morning awakening (vinyasa yoga with Marin)
9: 45h Leaving the room
10: 00h Breakfast
11: 00h-13: 00h A joint lightweight trek for an hour and a half to the Black Summit.
13: 00h Leisure time for hiking, riding a horse, driving a trolley.
16: 00h: Return to Belgrade

The program is designed so that it can also train full beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Mountain hikes are of light intensity so no high physical strenght is required.
Accommodation and food is in the heart of Heba, the newly built building is modernly equipped with a beautiful view of the nature, is located 800m from the center of Divcibare. He also has a room where we will practice yoga and meditation.

EQUIPMENT: a workout mantle (if you do not have it, inform the organizers on time to get it), a comfortable trainer / hell and a training t-shirt, comfortable shoes, boots or walkers, a small walking trail

Instructor:

Danijela Santrač: instructor of hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is a style of exercise through which we take on different positions, over time we manage to improve the static of the body that becomes stronger, more flexible  and more resistant. With physical exercise, the inevitable part is the awareness of breathing while we are in a position. Hatha in translation is the unity between body and spirit.

Marina Ristic: instructor of vinyasa yoga. This is the style of yoga, which by working exercises develops flexibility, strength, endurance and balance, both in the body and in the mind. In yoga, the emphasis is on the connection of movement and breathing, which develops our attention and concentration, returns us to the present moment and through proper breathing encourages us to live a life to the fullest.

Price: 5.700 (without transport)
7.200 (with organized transportation, minibus of 20 persons)

* The price includes:
Overnight on half board basis (lunch on the first day and breakfast on the second day – possibility of vegetarian meals) as well as one fruit meal, residence tax and 3 hours of yoga (hatha, vinyasa yoga and meditation), organizational expenses and guide
* The price does not include: individual costs
