Mark Stewart of Manchester introduced his moniker Claro Intelecto to the world with his ’Peace of Mind’ EP in 2003. His unique take on techno and house, coated in dub, comes as a result of meeting his first synth at the age of ten, learning piano, constant experimenting with sequencers, Octamed, Akais and Rolands. Ai Records were the first to release Claro Intelecto in 2003. With his critically acclaimed album Metanarrative, released on Modern Love, that made it to Resident Advisor’s Top 20 albums of 2008, Mark gained new audience worldwide. He also remixed Depeche Mode’s 1982 classic „Leave in Silence“ in 2011 and it was Martin Gore who ordered the remix. Last November, Claro Intelecto released „Exhiliator“ album on Delsin.
