Refugees foundation gladly invites you to the opening of the exhibition “Hands for mittens” that will take place on Monday, December the 18th, in café bar Meduza (Gospodar Jevremova 6).
“Hands for mittens” is an exhibition that features works of young, talented refugees from Afghanistan, Iran and Kurdistan, who have been living in camps in Pirot and Krnjaca for the past year.
Starting Monday December 18th, you will have the chance to get acquainted with the works of talented teenage girls who, as they say, use brushes and colors to calm their thoughts and feelings accumulated during the difficult journey towards a better and safer life.
The exhibition will last until December 23d.
On the last day of the exhibition, paintings, as well as works created in our creative workshops (newyears cards and decorations, candlesticks, decorative jars, coasters…) will be up for sale. Part of the money raised will go to charity.
See you at Meduza!
