This ensemble is led by famous Hungarian saxophonist and clarinetist Mihalj Borbelj, who, playing in groups of Quartet B and Vujicsics Ensemble, has found a common musical language with musicians who will connect the sounds of the Carpathian Basin, the Balkans and the Jazz in the most expansive way. Concerts are often performed by major guests such as Thedos Spas and Mark Markovic, and the first album “Mihály Borbély Balkan Jazz Project featuring Theodossi Spassova – Live at Fono” has turned the attention of audiences and critics.
This concert in Belgrade was realized in cooperation with Association Ring Ring and Collegium Hungaricum Beograd .
