Slovenian metal bands Metalsteel and Vulvathrone conclude the line up of Valhalla Festival 2018!

Metalsteel (Heavy Metal, Slovenia)
The band was founded in 1999 in the Slovenian town of Medvode. Today, they are the leading Slovenian heavy metal institution with their own identity. They combine extreme aggression and melodic arrangements. The result is a bombastic heavy metal with progressive elements that have hitherto been perpetuated on their seven albums and released their latest album Beyond The Stars in 2017. All members of the band recorded the album at the same time, resulting in organic sound that is consistently incorporated in modern production. Metalsteel is the first Slovenian metal band to perform with the Slovenian Symphony Orchestra and Choir at a concert for Slovene Holocaust Victims. Returning to Zagreb after 3 years show how true and sincere heavy metal sounds!

Vulvathrone (Brutal Death Metal, Slovenia)
The weird idea of ​​creating a disgusting being Vulvathrone was caused by suspicious whores and black hearts of band members. In their souls, they deeply rooted in the vibrancy of pornography, blood, sadomasoistic images of torture, incest and rape. During its 15 years of existence, the band has performed at numerous festivals, and some of the more famous bands with which they shared the stage include Dying Fetus, Napalm Death, Nile, Incantation, Lividity, Abrasive, Sanatorium, Metaldays, Metalfest, Rockmarathon … the aspect of the band is more complicated, brutal and more perverse but they are inviting you to the Valhalla festival!

Flesh (Heavy Metal, Zagreb)
Heavy metal trio from Croatia that will make you crazy! Narrow skin, heavy metal, bloody riffs, banging bangs. Since 2004, the heavy metal trio of Flesh has defended the metal faith. The year of 2014 was significant for them because they released a studio album of the same name and continued with their heavy metal poisoning mission. In the middle of the same year, they won the band battle where they performed with Huntress and Battlecros, which ensured their performance at the cult festival Metaldays 2015. They had the opportunity to perform as a support band Power Metal of Powerwolf and visited Dark O Metal Fest in Rijeka. Frozen Forest (Black Metal, Zagreb)
Frozen Forest returns to the Valhalla festival after the maestral edition of 2016. The Truthful Trinity, founded in 2005 in Zagreb, has three releases – The Final Eclipse, Demonic Horns Rise and Ancient Ritual, which has picked up good criticisms of domestic and foreign media. The band is known for its unpredictable performances in which she uses various props such as blood, bones and candles and makes them one of the few black metal bands in this area that carry this spirit completely.

Undercode (Heavy Metal, Zagreb)
This band marked the end of the ’90s and the first half of the 2000s, the time when the domestic scene was burning began to wake up. Through several years of action, they have managed to attract the attention of audiences, especially the soundtrack in the world-famous PC game Serious Sam – The Second Encounter. In 2002 they released their first album, Enlightening The World. In 2005, the founder of the band, Damir Ljubičić, moved to Australia where he was born, and the band takes a break. In 2011, a group of fans from Russia launched a fan site that gathered several thousand people and managed to launch an internet petition to make Undercode a soundtrack to the new Serious Sam 3 – BFE. In the year 2015, the band released a new album titled Post-Apocalyptic. At Valhalla Festival, they will present their long-standing work!

Polarity Of Life (Melodic Death Metal, Zagreb)
This metal band (death, melodeath, thrash, but above all metal) was created in 2009 in Zagreb. The band’s vision is to create music that contains many of the influences of the listed genres with their own autographed copy based on old school excerpts. Unlimited style and inspiration from all aspects of life is what gives the band strength.
