The celebrated Split tenor Goran Karan will hold a concert at the Kombank Hall on December 12, starting at 20h.
As a born Belgrader, Karan returns to the Belgrade audience with hits “Vagabundo”, a Eurovision hit “When Fucked Angels,” “If It’s All”. “Gorko more”, “Lipa si lipa”, “Couple is a gift from God” …
As a respected Croatian musician and recognizable vocal, he has worked with numerous musicians during his career: Arsen Dedić, Oliver Dragojevic, Kemal Monteno, Zdenko Runjić, Rajko Dujmic, and many others …
Karan is the winner of the most prestigious Croatian music award “Porin” in three categories: “Best Male Vocal Music”, “Best Male Vocal Interpretation” and “Best Vocal Cooperation”, a duet with Oliver Dragojević.
In 2000, Goran presented Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest, and won the ninth place with the song “When I fall in love.”
Prior to the great success he gained in Croatia as a soloist, Karan, during his 80’s when he started playing music, was a member of the Croatian music compositions: Epicenter, Zippo, Big Blue and Black Widow.
