The exhibition “Silent talk” will present a large number of works, sculptures and objects.
The Salon Museum of the Museum of Contemporary Art can be seen as a testing ground for considering the various and varied ideas and materialized forms that Lana has been contemplating and creating for some years now. The exhibition is therefore interpreted as a peculiar physical incarnation of the author’s inner attitudes and intimate thoughts, of what she describes as a “map of mind” strategy.
As Marina Martic states in the accompanying text for the exhibition: “Silent talk” is a consistent narrative composed of objects and words that the author, through her intervention, gave the power to speak about time, space, transience, melancholy, longing but also an endless possibility of transformation. In this way, elusive elements become part of personal cartography (..) Basic geometric bodies such as circles, triangles and squares that the artist forms speak of seeking harmony between order and chaos. Engraved words that repeat and intersect on objects represent signs, signposts that invite thinking of deeper meaning, of inner things. ”
