J.R. August is a singer-songwriter from Zabok, Croatia that first gained the attention of a world-known band Coldplay when he was selected as the #1 artist they want to promote on their official web page in 2012. Since then, J.R. August has recorded 4 EP albums and performed as a solo act and with his band.
The latest J.R.’s venture was to surround himself on stage with a choir and that’s what he’s doing at his live shows at the moment. With the occasional help of a saxophone player and already mentioned choir, J.R. August takes his audience to the „church of song“ as he says it himself in one of his songs.
