Islandske metal legende Solstafir po prvi puta će posjetiti Hrvatsku 2. prosinca na nastupu u zagrebačkoj Tvornici kulture na kojem će im podršku dati izvrsna danska black metal izvođačica Myrkur.
Solstafir – “Fjara”
Solstafir postoje od sada već davne 1995. i kroz godine su gradili svoj zvuk od početnog black metala prema današnjem post metal zvuku, koji je na trenutke primjereniji prvacima post rocka poput Mogwai ili Explosions in the Sky, nego što je nekim metal bandovima. Uz velika priznanja kritike od samih početaka s vremenom su na svoju stranu pridobivali i publiku, pa su danas jedan od najtraženijih bandova na metal i festivalima žestokog zvuka diljem svijeta. Specifičnim izričajem i fantastičnim live nastupima Solstafir su se izdvojili iz mase žanrovski sličnih bandova i postali predvodnici scene, dohvativši konačno i ozbiljnije diskografske tiraže. U Zagreb dolaze na promotivnoj turneji aktualnog studijskog albuma „Berdreyminn“, objavljenog sredinom proljeća.
Posebnu težinu zagrebačkom nastupu daje i izbor predgrupe; Solstafiru će se naime pridružiti Myrkur, one-woman black metal projekt dankinje Amelie Bruun. U izrazito muškom i ekstremnom svijetu black metala, pojava Myrkur pravo je osvježenje i danas predstavlja jednu od zanimljivijih pojava u svijetu žestoke glazbe. I ona će u Zagrebu promovirati novo izdanje, album “Mareridt” koji će biti objavljen u rujnu.
Myrkur – “Ulvinde”
I za Solstafir i za Myrkur koncert u Tvornici kulture biti će premijerno predstavljanje hrvatskoj publici.
Prodaja ulaznica po cijeni od 100 kn kreće u ponedjeljak, 31. srpnja. Na dan koncerta za ulaz će trebati izdvojiti 120 kn.

Particular weight in Zagreb’s performance is also the selection of the pre-group; Solstafiru will join Myrkur, a one-woman black metal project by Amber Bruun. In the extremely male and extreme world of black metal, the appearance of Myrkur is the right refreshment and is today one of the most interesting appearances in the world of fierce music. She will also promote a new release, „Mareridt“ in Zagreb, to be released in September.
