Minimal i techno legenda i jedna od tri najtraženijih svetskih ženskih
di-džejeva, Sonja Moonear nastupiće u subotu 22. septembra u Barutani.
Nakon debitovanja pred našom publikom na prošlogodišnjem Lets Mix It!
Festivalu, Sonja se vraća u Beograd da zabavi klabere svojim autentičnim
setom i zavidnim veštinama miksanja, uz eklektični ukus i kolekciju
ploča na kojoj se može pozavideti.
Sonja Moonear je vodeće ime svetske andergraund elektronske scene i
nosilac laskavog nadimka “ženski Villalobos”. Poznata švajcarska
producentkinja i di-džej već se u četvrtoj godini susrela sa svojim
prvim instrumentom, klavirom, koji je kasnije, uz klasičnu muziku i
studirala na muzičkoj akademiji. Nakon što je završila studije, odlučila
da zameni klavir za gramofone i kupi dram mašinu Roland R8.
Često ispred svog vremena, kao velika obožavateljka Davida Bowie-a, u
kasnim osamdesetim, Sonja se infiltrirala u ženevski i nemački klupski
andergraund i zaronila u vrtlog elektronske muzike.
Njena klupska iskustva počela su ranih 90-tih, a kasnije, kada se
aktivno uključila u scenu, stil je izgradila u klubovima kao što su
Panorama Bar, Fuse, Amnesia, Fabric i na drugim kultnim lokacijama.
Njena muzika predstavlja fuziju deep/minimal/tech forme, uvek začinjena
egzotičnim i neuobičajenim komadima koje pažljivo bira kao strastvena
kolekcionarka. Čuvena je po besprekornim tranzicijama, a među publikom
je posebno popularna njena veština stapanja suptilnih minimal i tech
traka sa sirovim groove-om i energijom techno-a.
Počela da sarađuje sa drugim producentima, kao što su Luciano, Cosmic
Chile Zürich, Junction SM, Dandy Jack, a prati je i impresivna svetska
reputacija, koju je zadobila eklektičnim stilom za di-džej pultom, ali i
kroz vlastitu produkciju i remikse, koji izlaze na izdavačkim kućama
Karat, Perlon, ali i njenoj vlastitoj Ruta 5.
Vlasnica je i osnivač etikete Ruta 5, organizuje razne žurke po
Švajcarskoj kao i sve popularniji Kiss Me festival. I pored svega toga,
ona je i dizajner zvuka za švajcarsko-francusku televiziju, gdje radi
audio produkciju za kratke filmove, muziku za dokumentarce i špice.
Saradnja sa velikim imenima elektonske muzike, poput Ricardo-a
Villalobos-a, Luciano-a i Miss Kittin, koji su prepoznali njen talenat,
doneli su joj svetsku slavu.
Ova ženevska umetnica se ne može olako kategorizovati. Njeni setovi uvek
odražavaju njene mnogobrojne umetničke ideje i veliku kreativnost, zbog
