“BEOGRADSKI DIKSILEND ORKESTAR” osnovan je 2001. godine i za izuzetno kratko vreme izrastao u značajnu kulturološku instituciju srpske prestonice i jedinstven reprezent muzičke kulture svoje zemlјe. Kao jedini orkestar ove vrste u zemlјi, direktno je zaslužan što se DIKSILEND pobedonosno iznova uzdigao na temelјima koje su decenijama mukotrpno gradili svi džezeri ovih prostora. Beogradski Diksilend orkestar je danas jedini aktivni Diksilend orkestar na prostorima bivše Jugoslavije! Kao takav, on predstavlјa svojevrsno umetničko blago ove zemlјe i ponos svih onih koji su istinski svesni njegove umetničke i istorijske vrednosti.

As the sole orchestra of this kind in the country, it is directly credited that DIKSILEND has reverberated again on the foundations that have been diligently built by all jazzers of these spaces for decades. The Belgrade Dixieland Orchestra is now the only active Dixieland Orchestra on the territory of the former Yugoslavia! As such, it represents a kind of artistic treasure of this country and the pride of all those who are truly aware of its artistic and historical value.
