Every painful experience blocks and changes our relaxed breathing. Frightening and painful experiences from the earliest childhood contradict the healthy breathing rhythm. These contractions from an acute, temporary state, if they are repeated gradually become permanent, chronic.
So, in adulthood, most people have a constricted, limited breathing rhythm and reduced respiratory capacity.
In the lecture I will talk about ways in which traumatic experiences limit our respiratory capacity and how it is related to our character defense.
I will introduce you to the methods of breathing that can cure our own damaged respiratory capacity and restore the natural breathing rhythm.
The lecture is open to all interested.
The number of participants is limited by the capacity of the hall, so please come 15 minutes earlier to get your seat.
