In the following years, she developed top-notch piano technique under the guidance of Professor Popovic, studied harmony and counterpoint with Professor Mark Rusak, and studied piano performance with Lev Naumovsky of the Moscow Conservatory. As a concert pianist, she began touring at the age of 8 and has performed in Germany, France, Austria, Russia, Italy. She won the Chopin Prize for Young Pianists in 1996 in Moscow and in 1998 participated in the UNESCO documentary program. After emigrating to the US, she had a triumphant performance at the sold-out Carnegie hall. She performed at the New York Ball in honor of Editor-in-Chief of Vogue, attended by Donald Tramp, Valentino Garavani and others.
