We invite you to the tenth jubilee Cirkobalkana festival of contemporary circus, which is being held this year as part of the 56th Bitef festival, from September 20th to October 1st in two circus tents for the first time!

•With the slogan LIVING CIRCUS, the festival artistic team wishes to emphasize the constant struggle to keep circus a significant art form, a form of expression and social criticism, an expression which can speak up, has something to offer, and which can stimulate thinking in these trying times of pressures, control, and various limitations.

This year Cirkobalkana is realized in cooperation with the Italian circus group Magdaclan (Magdaclan Circo), circus school Tourboule from France, but also as part of the project Solo But Not Alone, which is carried out with Italian contemporary circus artists gathered around the organization Quattrox4.
There are also permanent partners BITEF festival and the French Institute in Belgrade, Silosi Belgrade, GAIA movement and Port of Belgrade.
