The tourist and business event Days of Weifert in Pancevo will be organized for the fifth time, from 14 to 16 June at the Trg Djordje Weifert.
For this year, a rich and diverse program is being prepared for everyone’s taste. The youngest visitors of the event will have the opportunity to enjoy a children’s program with animators and a suitable music children’s program, and for adults we prepare concerts of local cultural and artistic societies, local bands, as well as famous pop and rock musicians, as well as tamburitza music.
The main performers at the Weifert Days in the musical part of the program, at the main stage, will be Djordje David, Alen Islamovic and Zvonko Bogdan.
The event will be officially opened on Friday, June 14th, after the performance of the children’s choir Vokal kids, and the guests of Dan Weifert will be entertained by Djordje David at the main stage at Djordje Wajfert Square in Pancevo.
Percholy will perform on Saturday, and from 22:00 on the main stage Alen Islamovic.
On Sunday, from 8 pm the concert will be held on the main stage by famous Zvonko Bogdan.
On Saturday and Sunday, from 18:00 to 19:00, local cultural and artistic associations will perform at the main stage, while children’s program with animators and workshops will be organized from 17 to 20 hours every day.
In the accompanying section of the program at the National Museum of Pančevo, for two days, lectures will be organized on George W. Weifert and his contemporaries. The lecturers will be Nikola Vlajić, ethnologist and participants of the history group at the Regional Center for Talents, Mihajlo Pupin from Pančevo.
Entry to all events within the event will be free.
