After an unforgettable concert “ROCK OPERA”, the combined band of the Novi Sad big band, members of the choir and orchestra of the opera of the Serbian National Theater takes you on a fantastic journey through the most beautiful themes of Disco music! DISCO was once a total underground and alternative – a musical direction created by the bandit and a desire for something new, something that will make people dance more and enjoy rich variations in the combination of several music genres (Pop, Soul, Funk, Jazz, and even Rock).
The fact is that disco music introduced in the late seventies and early eighties a completely new spell in the music world, the clubs at the time, and our hearts. We are still remembering the hits and the unforgettable reflections Done Samer, Abe, Bonnie M, Bi Jazz, Michael Jackson and other great stars. Disco became a complex socio-cultural phenomenon, whose effects spilled over the narrow musical sphere .. With electronic music, countless many disco songs became known remixes. In our case – symphonic remixes! The concert program includes some of the best-selling authors of the disco wave of the seventies and eighties: Abba, Boney M, Bee Gees, Michel Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Dona Summer, Aretha Franklin, Quincy Jones, Wild Cherry …
