In PLANET Gym & Fitness, Karaburm Gymnastics in Belgrade December 23, 2017. will be held  kettlebell sports and fitness seminar . The seminar will be hosted by the president of the Serbian giraffe sport association, an active competitor in kettlebell lifting who passed the training in the girevoy sport craft to Russia, the winner of numerous medals at international kettlebell lifting competitions, the most significant bronze medal at the previous world championship held in Kazakhstan, Aleksandar Miletic. This workshop will be tailored to each individual depending on his physical condition, so that everyone who wants to improve the techniques of raising giera, from recreational and professional athletes.

The seminar will train with professional sports gurus. The advantage of these gypsies lies in the fact that they are all the same dimensions and different weights, so when you learn the techniques of lifting with the gypsum smoothly, you will pass on the weightless, irresistible lifting technique. Each participant gets certificate of the Serbian girevoy sport association which j is registered in the IUKL world girevoy sport federation and is the only valid association in Serbia in charge of development of the GS in front of the world federation.

The seminar price is 6500,00 dinars and will last from 12h to 18h. The number of places is limited to the 20th of the seminar each participant will have the opportunity to start a test that consists of theory and physical fitness, after which if satisfied, he can get the Kettlebell fitness trainer level 1 !!!!
