GREAT CONCERT OF “GALIJA” NOVEMBER 01 AT COMBANK HALL
THE CULTURAL BAND ACOUSTIC CONCERT FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER 25 YEARSAfter almost 25 years since the famous acoustic concert on Christmas Eve 1995, the cult band Gaul returns to the Belgrade audience in “acoustic format” at the big door.
The audience will have the opportunity to be reminded of the old, good hits that still leave traces in the ears and souls of loyal listeners today, but this time colored by the warm sound of wooden instruments.
Touch Me, Old Trumpets, Still Dreaming, Raise Your Hand, When You Look At Me, these are just some of the songs of Gaul’s rich multi-decade repertoire that audiences will be able to hear on concert night.
The unforgettable Gaul, as a landmark and beacon of a time on the first of November evening, will turn off the power plug and make their music resonate in a completely different way. In a way that a 43 year long career shines in its true, original splendor.

A BAND THAT MAKES SONGS FOR YEARS AS SIGNS BEFORE THE ROAD

Galija was founded exactly 43 years ago in Nis. It was named after the cafe of the same name where the band members originally gathered.
A large number of musicians have passed through the group, and the present band consists of singer, composer and guitarist Nenad Milosavljevic, singer and songwriter Predrag Milosavljevic, drummer Boban Pavlovic, guitarist Dragutin Jakovljevic, bassist Slavisa Pavlovic and keyboardist Goran Antovic.
They are one of the most enduring compositions of Yugoslav and Serbian rock and roll, and the band’s releases have ranged from progressive rock to mainstream oriented sound.
During their careers, they have released 15 studio albums, one live album and six compilation albums.
