„Najkraći pojam s kojim sam najugodniji da je opišem je ‘psyche-pastoral’… ‘psyche’, iz očiglednih razloga; zvukovi teže biti prostorni i repetitivni te nastoje stvoriti neku vrstu reflektivne okoline, bila ona vanjska ili unutarnja. I ponajviše ‘pastoral’ zato što mislim da se odnosi na vrstu usamljenosti ili individualnog iskustva s prirodom – nešto što uvijek slavimo glazbom – nasuprot pojmovima ‘folk’ ili ‘americana’, za koje smatram da također karakteriziraju našu glazbu no koji su opterećeni mnogim kulturološkim i glazbenim konotacijama koje se u principu ne odnose na naše primarne interese.“
