The first notes this year in SOUL are brought by Vladimir Kostadinovic, Rastko Obradovic and Miloš Čolović on Tuesday, January 2.
They will play jazz standards and the compositions of three top musicians.

Vladimir Kostadinovic is one of the best young European drummers today. In addition to winning the 2008 Jimmy Woode Award, he performed and recorded with some of the most prominent world musicians of today.
In August 2009, he was invited to perform in Scotland with one of the world’s greatest masters of organism (hammond B3) Tony Monaco. In the same year, Vladimir founded his own band that plays his compositions, including Jimmy Greene-tenor sax, Danny Grissett-piano and Matt Brewer-bass. In 2009, he went to New York to PKRS Studio Brooklyn with his new band and recorded his first CD “COURSE OF EVENTS”.
In the meantime, a regular member and drummer Antoio Farao becomes a trio with whom he travels and plays as a sideman throughout Europe.
She also recorded her second album “THE LEFT SIDE OF LIFE”, which contains 8 original Kostadinovic songs, in 2016, and is a live CD at the Generation Frauenfled Jazz Festival in Switzerland, featuring musicians who live and work in New York.

Miloš Čolović is one of the youngest active jazz musicians in Belgrade. After the music school Stankovic, he started his studies at Kunstuniversitat Graz.

Although only graduated from the Jazz Department of the Royal Academy of Music in Oslo, Rastko is one of the most sought after saxophonists in the Serbian jazz scene. It is distinguished by an authentic and impressive tone that opened the door to cooperation with experienced musicians from the country and abroad. Rastko is an outstanding improviser, and has developed under the strong influence of Jan Garbarek, Michael Brecker, Bojana Z, Sonny Rollins.
